Fujairah University Organizes the Second Scientific Forum for Master’s Students in Sociology on Global Risks and Sustainable Development

The College of Arts and Humanities at Fujairah University, represented by the Department of Sociology and Social Work, organized the Second Scientific Forum for Master’s Students in Sociology under the theme “Sociology and Global Risks: Developmental Approaches Toward a Sustainable Future.” The event took place on Monday, October 27, 2025, at the university’s conference hall.
The forum was held as part of the university’s ongoing efforts to promote scientific research, encourage academic dialogue among postgraduate students, and exchange knowledge and perspectives on contemporary social issues. It also aimed to support national efforts toward achieving sustainable development goals.
The forum featured a series of research papers presented by Master’s students, covering diverse topics related to environmental, social, economic, and cultural risks. The papers offered analytical and developmental perspectives that contribute to addressing future global challenges.
