Dr. Alsharif is an Assistant Professor of Psychology and former Head of the Family Sciences Department at the Fujairah University , with over ten years of academic experience in Palestine and the UAE. His research, published in leading Scopus-indexed journals such as Acta Psychologica and Information Sciences Letters, focuses on psychological immunity, behavioral disorders, family violence, and advanced psychometric tool development supporting evidence-based interventions. He has extensive expertise in curriculum design, program accreditation, learning outcomes assessment, and program effectiveness reporting, and is a skilled trainer in psychometrics, APA-6 validity standards, and outcome-based education, significantly contributing to academic excellence and community well-being.
